Sleep problems;

Do not eat vitamin B

instability is largely due to a lack of vitamin B-1. Vitamin B12 is mainly
found in animal foods. Such as selfies, marine fish, liver, etc.
Eating extra sugary foods;
Excessive food intake, forgetfulness, depression, low brain
function etc. are all associated with eating extra sugar and sugary foods. A
study by the U.S. Department of Agriculture found that Americans eat an average
of 158 pounds of sugar a year! Eating sugary foods for long periods of time
reduces brain performance and impairs memory.
Smoking;
According to the Journal of Neurochemistry, smoking and

blood cells and damages the nervous system. Which directly affects the brain.
Even secondhand smoke is harmful to the brain. Children who are exposed to
secondhand smoke have relatively lower memory.
Not having breakfast;
Many people start the day without breakfast. This one small
act is doing a lot of damage to your brain. Not having breakfast lowers your
blood sugar levels. This causes a lack of essential nutrients in the body. Try
to eat nutritious food for breakfast in the morning.
Junk food;
What happens when your body does not get the nutrients it
needs? The body's cells die slowly due to lack of nutrients. Eating moderate
junk food does not harm the brain. However, as a result of eating junk food
regularly, the body lacks the necessary nutrients. Due to which the brain
cannot do its job properly.
Refrain from reading;
A study by the French National Institute found that prolonged
abstinence from reading reduced memory by 16 percent. Reading increases the
brain's ability to do multiple things. According to neurologists, our brains
are always ready to receive new things. Give it new information all the time to
increase the efficiency of the brain. Experts recommend reading books 30
minutes before going to bed. It can feel like a kind of brain exercise.
