Those toxic ingredients in your daily life!
We do many things every day for good health. Healthy food, regular house cleaning, how much more! But there are some ingredients that we are using regularly that are having a detrimental effect on our body. Many of us use antiseptic soap to stay germ free. But this type of soap contains a chemical called triclosan which is harmful to our health.
1. Nonstick cookware
Nonstick pans are quite popular at present due to their
quick cooking in low oil. But did you know that this nonstick pan contains a
toxic chemical called perfluoctaneic acid (PFOA). This substance mixes with
food when cooked at high temperatures. It can also cause death like cancer. You
better use stencil or ceramic or iron pots.
2. Plastic bottlesand containers
Plastic bottles or containers contain a toxic chemical
called bisphenol (BPA). Which is mixed with the food kept in the container and
enters the body. Especially when it is used for microwave or heating. Use glass
bottles, glass or stainless steel accessories.

Room freshener spreads fragrance in the room. But it
contains a toxic substance called dichlorobenzene, formaldehyde, which can
cause multiple diseases in the body. It can also cause cold sweats, cramps,

4. Kitchen cleaning
utensils
I use liquid cleaner to clean kitchen basin, stove, sink
etc. These types of cleaning products contain a variety of chemicals that are
harmful to health. You can use lemon juice, baking soda instead.
5. Furniture polish
Various sprays are available to polish furniture or remove
stains. These sprays contain a variety of chemicals that can penetrate our skin
at the touch of a hand and cause skin cancer.
6. Old oil and spices
We often use different spices and extra oils to enhance the
taste of cooking. If oil or spices are stored for a long time, it gradually
turns into poison. If used to stay fresh you will get its health benefits.
7. Perfume or perfume
About 300 chemicals are used in a perfume. This material
mixes with the skin and penetrates inside the skin. You can make perfume at
home.
