Now when we go out and look around us, we see rows of fast
food shops on the side of the road, at the bus stand, at the railway station,
at the airport, in the office neighborhood, and even in the alleys of the
neighborhood. The traders sit on the stalls of various junk foods with water on
their tongues, sometimes on a cart, sometimes in a small hut and sometimes in a
cooked shop. Dust from the streets, flies, dirty dishes, untreated water - all
these unhealthy aspects are forgotten and people stumble upon those foods. This
is the success of naming this food. People are really addicted to its form,
smell and taste. Due to lack of time and easy availability, we are getting
addicted to junk food outside. There are questions about the quality of those
foods and how safe they are, but we can't move on. And taking advantage of this
weakness, fast food shops are being set up in different areas like frog

home that the child does not want to eat rice, pulses, fish, turnips, shrimp.

to mind. All of these foods are junk food. No matter how tempting these are, it

and night around the world, is the dependence on junk food in the modernlifestyle. In our daily busy lives we are running behind time. There is no time

processed foods in the outer packets. Packets of captive noodles, upma, poha,
soup, parota, singara, salty, etc. are available as well as main course meals
like dal fry and shahi paneer. As soon as you come home and heat it in the
microwave, the great food that brings water to the tongue is reaching the
plate. Although each packet clearly states what preservatives are given and how
long the food should be used. Despite knowing all the side effects of these
foods, we eat them like addicts. As a result, more or less our heart, liver,
kidneys, stomach - all these organs are being damaged.
So not fast food, we have to go back to the old way, the way
our ancestors stayed healthy by eating home made food. We need to be healthy,
functional and have good health for our next generation. If you divide the time
by calculating a little, you can find time to make food at home. Nowadays there
are ample opportunities to learn how to make a variety of quick meals in
different cooking classes or on TV shows. We love ourselves the most and love
our lives. So for a healthy and long life you have to get rid of the infallible
handful of junk food. The current generation is obsessed with Chinese and
Italian food. Excess of this cheese and flour should be kept out of the diet.
They need to be taught how to efficiently divide time in an effort to stay
healthy. They need to understand that modernity means finding a better way to
live. It is not modernity to deliberately push ourselves and the entire human
civilization to the brink of destruction.
